- Great gloves for strength training I recently returned to swimming regularly and had not tried swim gloves. The Speedo gloves are great for strength training, they fit well, go on and come off easily.
- swim gloves I bought the speedo aqua gloves in December 09 and within 3 weeks the rubber started coming off around the thumb area. I notified Amazon.com and they were very helpful in replacing them for me. I have had the new pair about 3 weeks and they are also starting to wear in the thumb area. I swim laps for 1 hour a day and love how you can glide through the water with the gloves on but they just don't seem to hold up for any length of time.
- Definitely worth adding to your swimming workout! I decided to give these a try as the first time I saw them I thought, "What a fantastic idea!" I ordered a medium and they feel more snug out of the water than in it. I swim 3 or 4 times a week for 2.5 to 3.5 hours, and these make a huge difference in not only pushing you through the water faster, but also they work your arms, chest, and back much more.
I had gotten a pair of the Frisky Aqua Shoes as well, and I love both of these items.
- qua Fit Training Gloves Great product for adding to your water aerobic workout. You can really feel the difference. I used them in water aerobics and while walking laps in the pool. If you use them often, get two pairs for the free shipping as the pool water really eats these up.
- Pump up your water arobics! If you want to gain those Michele Obama arms, try the Speedo Aqua Gloves... they give you the water push you need to speed up the fitness. Don't go into the water without them! get rid of those flopping bat wing underarms forever!
